Dade City has two kinds of sign problems. Downtown, around the historic courthouse, storefronts sit close to the sidewalk, and a sign has to fit the character of the block while still being readable. Out on US 301 and US 98, it's the opposite: drivers at highway speed have a few seconds to spot you and find the turn.
For older buildings we plan carefully: mounting surfaces, letter sizes that suit the facade, and whether lighting makes sense for your hours. Non-lit dimensional letters and backer-panel signs are often a good fit on traditional storefronts. Halo-lit letters give an evening glow without a bright face.
For roadside businesses, the priorities are size, contrast, and lighting: - Pylon and monument cabinets. - Tenant panels for shared signs. - LED conversions for older signs that have dimmed or gone dark.
Everything is designed and fabricated in our own shop in Wesley Chapel, installed with our own bucket trucks and Elliott sign crane, and wired under Florida electrical contractor license ES12002067. If your building needs a sign circuit added, we'll explain exactly what your electrician should bring.
