A franchise sign has to match the brand standard exactly and still fit what the shopping center landlord allows. Mathnasium's lettering, red A+ logo and "The Math Learning Center" tagline all had to come out right.
What we built
Channel letters with the red A+ logo and tagline, built to the franchise layout.
Faces fabricated in our shop. Work started the same week the landlord's approval and the deposit came in.
A raceway painted to match the wall color so it blends into the facade.
Worth knowing
Landlord first. The shopping center reviewed and approved the facade sign drawing before we built anything.
Permit and inspection. We had the structural drawings signed and sealed by an engineer, filed the permit, and the sign passed inspection.
