An independent pharmacy needs to be recognizable at a glance, and a color-changing halo makes the storefront stand out after dark.
What we built
A mortar-and-pestle logo with a bold red "Rx": a white bowl with a blue outline, finished in our shop.
RGB halo lighting, so the glow behind the sign can change color.
A Wi-Fi RGB controller, so the owner sets colors and effects from a phone app.
Landlord approval and a notarized letter of authorization before work started.
Worth knowing
Legibility comes first. During design we tried several color options on a rendering of the actual wall. Some of them looked fine on screen but would have been hard to read at night. We steer clients toward choices that stay readable after dark, not just in daylight.
Built in parts. This sign was built in sections in our shop and assembled on site.
